Note: Items ordered other than boards (for example bags) cost depends on your weight and the country of destination.

Comments:
The boards will be sent by our Carrier or by the Portugal Post (CTT) to the address you indicate. If together with the board (s) you order one or more other items, you will only be charged the amount indicated for boards.

DELIVERY TIME

We will only begin making any board after receiving payment or receipt. Delivery times vary from 5 to 25 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) and depend on the time of year and current orders. When you place your order through this website, by email, or directly in our Skim Shop, you will be informed of the estimated delivery or shipping time. For orders that our customers wish to pick up directly in the Skim Shop, we will send you an email or text message informing you that the board is ready and that you can come pick it up as soon as it is available within store hours. See the “Skim Shop Sheet” menu.
Boards available in our store (see the “Stock Boards” menu): Shipping will typically take 3 to 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receiving the order and payment or receipt.

ATTENTION: During the summer months and Christmas season, we typically receive a large number of orders, so delivery times can be significantly longer. Therefore, we recommend placing your orders well in advance.

Orders to countries outside of Portugal will naturally take longer to deliver.

IMPORTANT: We will only begin manufacturing ordered surfboards after receiving proof of payment. Customers who have already made payment cannot cancel their order and request a refund if the ordered skimboard has already been manufactured or has already begun production. Only in cases where the ordered skimboard has not yet begun production can we refund the money already paid.
